Grown at 2,000–2,200 masl in Guji, Ethiopia, this natural-processed lot comes from 33 smallholder farmers working with Sookoo Coffee, renowned for their commitment to quality and sustainability. The Gibirinna/Serto (74110 & 74112) varietals thrive in rich biodiversity, benefiting from meticulous harvesting and a 21–28 day drying process on raised beds. Expect a juicy, fruit-forward cup with delicate floral hints, layered with notes of ripe berries and tropical fruit, capturing the signature Ethiopian Guji profile.

Grown at Santa Mónica farm by Jairo Arcila, this 100% Castillo micro-lot underwent a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with green apple and wine yeast, enhancing its bright and complex profile. After fermentation, the cherries were pulped and dried on raised beds to achieve optimal moisture.

Expect a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with notes of green apple, peach, dried mango, and cherry, complemented by a balanced sweetness and lively acidity.
